Christmas in the Vanoise

Having a great time down here in Pralognan, the ski touring capital of the Vanoise National Park. It’s a tiny place with a small lift system – so ideal for family hols with small children, but there’s bucket loads of untouched powder still lying in the woods for anyone happy to put a pair of skins on.

Skied the Rocher du Bertou yesterday – probably the best descent I’ve done in years & the Couloir de la Roche this morning, both finishing at the apartment door – it doesn’t get much better!
